Savage Times (album) by MARQelectronica is a revolutionary electric pop-dance album produced by Harbourmaster. Each and every song in MARQelectronica’s album has a story that he discusses in each of the songs, like his views on the UK government in ” You do what you want” and the recent trauma he suffered in “I’m waking up to you”. All the tracks have a personal connection and are about him making sense and moving forward after a very traumatic time in his life, which is very inspirational to me and brings more meaning and joy when listening to this groovy and funky album that makes you want to forget your troubles and dance the night away with your friends. It has an electric vibe that is catchy and melodic and will get caught in your head, I hope you give it a listen when it is officially released on the 1st of July.

MARQelectronica’s new album “Savage Times”. Laced with funky synth bass and disco strings over a dance beat it’s impossible to sit still and grows on you with each listen. The subject matter is all about the cost of living crisis in the UK and is one of the many topics from hope and remaining strong in “Lifetime” and “Just look around you” to Marq’s views on the UK government in ” You do what you want” and the recent trauma he suffered in “I’m waking up to you”. MARQ says “All the tracks have a personal connection and are about me making sense and moving forward after a very traumatic time in my life. I wanted to create something funky and dancey that reminded me of good times even though the topics were often quite dark.”
